Manufacturer warranty

Each manufacturer offers their own warranty period and coverage — typically 1–3 years for reels, 1 year for rods, varying for accessories. Specific terms ship with the product and are linked from each product page under "Warranty info".

ASMEFA dealer warranty

On top of the manufacturer's warranty, ASMEFA handles claim coordination, replacement logistics, and warranty registration on your behalf. You don't need to file directly with the maker — we are your single point of contact.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly.
• Component failure under normal use within the warranty period.
• Workmanship issues (loose guides, drag malfunctions, sealed-bearing leaks).

What's not covered

• Normal wear from regular use.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or saltwater corrosion without proper rinse-off.
• User modifications or DIY repairs.
• Service performed by unauthorised technicians.

How to file a claim

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. We'll request photos, original packaging if available, and proof of purchase (order confirmation suffices).
3. Our team or the manufacturer's technical centre assesses the claim within 5 business days.
4. Approved claims are resolved via repair, replacement, or refund — your choice within manufacturer policy.
