We collect the minimum information needed to operate the storefront and fulfil your orders.

• Usage data — pages viewed, search queries, AI advisor conversations (anonymised after 30 days).
• Communications — messages you send via the contact form, WhatsApp, or email.

How we use it

Your information is used to process orders, dispatch products, respond to your questions, calibrate AI recommendations to your fishing context, and prevent fraud. We never sell your data to third parties.

Who we share it with

Limited sharing happens only with the partners we need to deliver to you — payment processors (Razorpay), shipping carriers (Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post), and messaging providers (Meta WhatsApp Business). Each partner is contractually bound to use your data only for the stated purpose.

Your rights

How long we keep it

Account and order records are retained for seven years to satisfy GST and consumer-protection regulations. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent. AI advisor conversation logs are anonymised after 30 days.
