These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Al Shahama Marine Equipment & Fishing Accessories EST ("ASMEFA", "we", "us"), a registered entity in Karnataka, India.

An order placed through the storefront is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. Acceptance is confirmed when the order moves to dispatched status.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; orders already placed are honoured at the price displayed at order confirmation.

The ASMEFA storefront, including text, layout, photographs, illustrations, and editorial copy, is protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, ASMEFA's liability for any claim arising from your use of the storefront or any product purchased through it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udupi, Karnataka.
