We want every angler who buys from us to be confident the gear matches the water. Our return policy is straightforward.

Return window

You have seven calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this window, returns are not accepted except where required by law.

Eligible items

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories. Authorised dealer products retain manufacturer warranty regardless of return.

What we cannot accept

• Used or visibly worn items.
• Rods that have been assembled with line, leader, or terminal tackle.
• Hooks, leaders, lines, lures used or removed from packaging.
• Gift cards, store credit, or final-sale clearance items.

How to return

1. Contact us within seven days of delivery via the contact form, WhatsApp, or [email protected] with your order number.
2. We email a return shipping label and instructions within one business day.
3. Drop the package at the carrier's nearest facility. We cover return shipping costs.
4. Refund processed within five business days of receipt to your original payment method.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund — no return needed for damaged items.
